DIDA Policy

Effective Date: 6th June 2025

This policy explains how our digital products are delivered and accessed.

1. Delivery Method:

All digital items (courses, videos, PDFs, bonuses, etc.) are delivered via:

  • Email (to the email you used for the order), or

  • A secure download link/members portal

2. Delivery Time:

  • Normally within 5 to 15 minutes of successful payment.

  • If access is delayed beyond 1 hour, please contact us via:

  • Once you receive access, do not share your login/download links with anyone.

  • Sharing access can result in account termination without refund.

4. Technical Issues:

In rare cases of email issues or broken links, we offer full support within 24 hours.
